Is it possible to give a user permission to edit/delete/unpublish/move a file uploaded by another user?

As it works now only the user who uploaded the file can see it and edit it in frontend management.

Hi, yes, for now only the user who uploaded the files have such rights, it is planned to do this feature.

Hello,

I have question about editing details of a upload file

The owner of upload can delete, unpublish a file but he can't edit to change the description.
