add user to viewlist

hi all,

i have six catagories (year) each 20 sub (lesson) and every sub 5 files (documents)

now i want to add a new user who can only view all and have no rights to upload

how do i do that?

Hi, just add new user in your Joomla! and set that he/she will have access rights for the current Phoca Download category.
