Plugin code is appeared as a text in joomla content

I've installed and activated Phoca maps plugin successfully, it is appeared in "Components" and so on. I also create map and can create menu item and map is appeared ok via it but when try to use codes provided by plugin

Code: Select all

{phocamaps view=map|id=1}

or

Code: Select all

{phocamaps view=link|id=1|text=Map}

in standard articles it is appeared as plain text instead of map.
What problen could it be? I have a 2.5 joomla.

Hi, text is displayed only in two cases:

- the plugin is not installed
- or the plugin is not published.

Hi, then check all the version - of your Joomla!, component and plugin and let me know them. As written above, there are only two cases when the text is displayed instead of running code:

- the plugin is not active
- the plugin is not installed

and specific case:
- the plugin was not set in content (article) (in case you didn't use content plugin in content)

Hi, then it depends on the place where you are displaying it - you need to set it correctly to display plugin correctly.

I have same problem.
But i also tried to add code :
{phocamaps view=map|id=1} or {phocamaps view=link|id=1|text=Map}
in an article & then make a link to it but article shows text code again.
What's problem?

which joomla! version, which Phoca Maps Component version & which Phoca Maps Plugin version do you use?
