Error and Warning on install (3.1.5)

I'm trying to install Phoca Download to joomla 3.1.5 and I get the following:

ERROR
Archive does not exist

Warning:
JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /install_523860d57021f

JFolder: :files: Path is not a folder. Path: /install_523860d57021f

JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file

What do I do to fix this?

Hi, I think, this is more much a question on joomla.org forum, as the components are installed by Joomla! extension manager, this seems like there is some problem with the package unzipping or moving, or permissions on the server?

Did you install the right file - Phoca Download 3.x?
