error on page after configuring Download component

I am getting this error after I turned on debugging running joomla 2.5.

Fatal error: Class 'JV' not found in /volume1/web/joomla/plugins/system/jvframework/jvframework/libraries/factory.php on line 53 Fatal error: Access to undeclared static property: JLoader::$classes in /volume1/web/joomla/libraries/loader.php on line 195

Any help would be great I'm trying to get the download functionally working on our site

I already tried to reinstall JV framework.

Hi, I don't know the jvframework system plugin, so cannot give any clue advice there I think you need to ask the developer of this plugin.

found the problem I was using a different template so set the other template as default in template manager
