How to make group changes update immediately?

I have site cache and Phoca cache disabled. But when I make a change in the back end, adding or removing a user from a group, the changes are not reflected front end until the user logs out and in again. Is there a setting somewhere that will allow backend changes to affect the front end without the user logging out?

Hi, I think, this should be a question on Joomla! developers as user management is fully managed by Joomla! methods I for now don't know about such behaviour so cannot give clue advice
