If Multiple Upload is enabled, don't show single file upload

If Multiple Upload is enabled, don't show single file upload form to user.

Why I need it?

1. It will decrease count of tabs. Really, tab "single file upload" is unnecessary if you enabled Multiple Uploader.
2. Single file upload doesn't perform file resize in comparison with Multiple Uploader.

Not sure if it really useful for all, maybe it is necessary to do it configurable, too. But that is for component owner decision. I use it as is.
