PDF icon

Please I know this question has been asked before and I have researched as much as possible but I can not get this to work.

I have made several different size icons of the PDF logo and I enter the logo I would like display which is a 40px by 40 px into the logo section but the little hard disk logo keep appearing.

Please what am I doing wrong? Help much appreciated

What I mean to say is I have followed the directions /instructions as best I can and it all seems to work other than the correct icon appearing in front of the text.

Just to go over it again I have created several thumbnail images of different sizes of the PDF icon. I have uploaded these to the correct location.
This seems to be confirmed because when I go to the select icon button my thumbnail images are there.

I select a 40 by 40 thumbnail image but this image does not appear just the default image.

I have tried to reply to this a couple of time but included my site URL as an example this may be stopping the reply. I would really like to get this working as I can see a few different icons would be good for different situations. It makes the page display just look customised.

What I would like to do is remove the border around the download and change the icon to my own thumbnail. I have tried changing themes from grey to clean and not noticed any difference. I have also as I said tried puting my own thumbnail picture in the icon selection spot when adding a new file.

Please your help on this would be much appreciated.

Hi, you can set your own icon when you will copy it to the place where this standard icon is set and all the design formatting is done by the plugin css - so just set the design there.
