Play & Preview Button - Don't show!

I have install Phoca Download Version 3.0.1 and need to display the play & preview button. In the backend, i have seting "Display Preview Button" and "Display Play Button" to "Yes" already but in frontend still don't show.

How can i do? ...

Hi, did you upload previewable and playable file and set for the file in file edit.

Hello Jan,

what kind of files are previewable? I have an .avi (2,3 MB) and one .mp4 (3,5 MB)

Display preview button is set on yes and the link to the preview file is set to the right file.
What else do I have to consider, so that the preview button will show up?

Hi, it depends on flow player (video) and browser (images, documents):

pdf, jpeg, jpg, png, gif - preview
mp3, mp4, flv - play

As far as I can see now, the problem ist the missing flowplayer, that does not seem to be a standard plugin. What flowplayer do you recommend for Phocadownload?

Hi, flow player is included in Phoca Download.
