Can't upload files

Hi

I'm using Phoca Download 1.3.9 with Joomla 1.5.
Everything was fine, but since recently I can't upload any file on my website. I checked file permissions, disk space, no problem. Whenever I try to upload a new file, I get the following error :

JFile::read: Unable to open file: ''
Erreur : impossible de déplacer le fichier !
Error. Unable to upload file

After a little search on this forum, I saw that it could be related to the FTP layer not being activated. I checked and it was indeed deactivated, so I activated it, but it's still not working.
So now I 'm running out of ideas ...

What can I try ?

Hi, if you didn't have any problem before and suddenly it stopped to work, there will be some problem on the server (something changed), maybe this can be some limit (memory, space) or similar
