hi,
I have used phoca maps a lot, but never had this problem before.
I have the plugin enabled and everything seems to be in order, but the map does not display anyway. It just shows me the code in the article instead of the map itself.
Any ideas where the problem is?

Re: Plugin enabled but maps not displaying
Hi, did you paste the code to article (to content as this is the content plugin). If not, see:

Re: Plugin enabled but maps not displaying
Hi Jan,
I have done that. I have been using phocamaps without a problem in articles for a while.
not sure what has changed, but i now have 2 sites both on Joomla 3 that are having problems. It is just showing the code but not rendering the map itself.

Re: Plugin enabled but maps not displaying
There are only few reasons why the code is displayed as raw and not is not running:
- the plugin is not installed
- the plugin is not published
- the code is in part which is not content and does not accepts content plugins

Re: Plugin enabled but maps not displaying
Hi Jan,,
ok, i am pretty sure it is installed and published
And i have inserted the code into custom html module as html ( into the code rather as text) and placed module in desired position.
This is how i have done on numerous other websites and worked fine
Anything that i might be getting wrong???
If there is a better way to put a map into a module position then i am definitely happy to try that. I just did the above as i could not come up with anything better

Hi, this means then:
- the code is in part which is not content and does not accepts content plugins
Module is not article, so you need to see if the module can accept article (content) plugins - see the options of the module.
