All of a sudden, when files are downloaded, Adobe, Windows Gallery and Word say the file is corrupted or not decoding (windows 8 only). The files on the server are fine when viewed with FileZilla, and PDFs from Media content open as well. This only seems to being occurring with Phoca Download. I am using the latest version and the website is Lido14.com. Thanks in advance.
PHP is 5.2.17, documentation says I need 5.2.4, should I use an earlier version? If so, where can I find it. My host isn't planning on upgrading PHP for awhile.

Re: Downloaded files not opening
Hi, this should not have nothing to do with php version
maybe there is some limitation on the server. Phoca Download does not do anything with the files, it only just add the information from server to visitior's browser - the download is working between server and the browser ...
You can set direct download for downloading the files in file edit but not sure if this is right solution there
