Issue after installation

hello

Quite new to joomla, ( study it for couple of weeks only) thus realy fresh.

i managed to install phocagallery module. Not that easy needed to make some changes in some files ( php.ini)
When I open the "Phoca Gallery control panel" i get following.

What does it mean? I suspect something is wrong? How do I solve it? I'm quite new so be specific pls? thank in advance
I installed phoca version 4.0.4
on joomla 3.2.0
