video play error

I have .flv video files and when hit play from the page i receive the following error:
200 Stream not found Netstreamplay. streamnotfound, clip .../phocadownload/**filename**

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Hi, check if the link is correct - directly to the file:

- check if the file was correctly set (in admin, right path to the file)
- if the phocadownloadpap folder is correctly set
