Download mp3 files with mac

Hi all
We use Phoca Download (Joomla 2.5.16) for downloading mp3 files. Clients tell me that they can not play the mp3 files on the _ _ or on tables. Does this have to do with the version of Joomla?

The download works with a Mac. But these files can not be played properly. The file is terminated after a short time. With Windows everything works!.

Do you have an idea what the problem is?

Hi, unfortunately, I don't have any experiences with mac, but testing in Safari on Windows without any problem, the flow player should not have any problem on Mac so really cannot say
