bug in English language files:
COM_PHOCACOMMANDER_NO_ALL_FOLDERS_MOVED = Not all folders copied
should be moved instead of copied

COM_PHOCACOMMANDER_FILES_NOT_CHMOD_CHANGED = files not changed (permission
missing )

You should include and error string regarding extracting archives (that Joomla! supports only ZIP, GZip archives), there are too much lazy (to read) and dummies which try to extract everything
