Hi. I have the following problem that I can not solve.

When you upload a pdf and a user tries to open it, it does not open within the browser. Just download it. I need the pdf to open within the browser.

I tried with blank and self options but no change between one or the other.

I know some will say it depends on the browser, but all browsers download pdf.

example:
munialtodelcarmen.cl/index.php/transparencia/category/290-periodo-2013

Hi, on the site, there is only "download" button, which forces the download, to preview the pdf, you should enable displaying of preview button:
