Phoca Map giving error in Joomla 3

Dear friend,
I am using Phoca map in my website " vinobabhave dot org ", which is based on Joomla 2.5.14, is working quite wel. But this website is having many database errors.

Hence, I have decided to recreate the website [ " vin dot vinobabhave dot org " ] the same in Jommla 3.2.1 and Vertex template. For phoca map, I have downloaded " com_phocamaps_v3.0.0.zip " extension from phoca website. The same is installed properly. After installtion, when the map is selected from "Maps" menu of main menu, it gives errors as under,

Not Found

The requested URL /maps/gagode.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please guide me suitably.

Hi, try to recreate the menu link to Phoca Map, this seems like some menu link problem in your Joomla! site
