Fatal Error with upgrade

Hi Jan and Users,

I am running J2.5 and when I upgraded to the latest Phoca Download 2.19 I now have a blank screen when trying to access that page which uses this plugin. This is my error. I'm sure a file is missing? In addition, when I try and add a file, etc. from backend, the screen that appears has no .css stylings and form doesn't work and when I try and navigate around there, I keep getting redirected to that screen again. Can you point me in the right direction to fix this?

Fatal error: Call to undefined method PhocaDownloadHelper::renderPhocaDownload() in /home/sipsuppl/public_html/components/com_phocadownload/views/category/view.html.php on line 198

I manually re-uploaded the new files again and am now seeing the front end files for the visitors on the website but still having (permission) issues on the backend for adding files, etc. Even when I try and navigate I keep getting that page. I have screen shot I can send. basically I am unable to use the features to add anything right now.

Hi, are you sure you run 2.1.9 and not modified version, I cannot find any such line where you get the error
