Translate Manually PD 3

Well, as pd3 has no translation to Portuguese in Joomla 3, I need to manually change some things, those who are appearing in English on the website.

Such as "details" of the files, where is the file that I can change the details to detalhes? which folder?

Details, Display Num, File Size, Download.. I wanted to change these names

https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/pd ... age/pt_BR/ (maybe this can be helpful as it should be a translation for 2.5 which can be used for 3 but not sure how Portuguese translation is different to Brazilian Portuguese )
