I am trying to get a direct link to a file.
When I paste the Unique Download Link of a file into the browser, it returns a message of File Not Found.
There is a note that says "(This Link may take different formats. Its format depends on your SEF Settings)"
Any suggestions how I can find the correct link path to a file so that I can paste it directly and have the file able to download?
I am using V3.0.3, and using the Button.
Thanks.

Re: Unique Download Link?
Hi, first create a menu link to Phoca Download in your site, so you have an itemid for Phoca Download and then try to use the link.

Re: Unique Download Link?
Thank you for the reply.
I have tried multiple things, but still cant make it work.
For example I created a menu link to PhocaDownload, and published it into a module position. Then created a menu item to a specific file. When I check the Unique Download Link of that file, it did indeed change the path, incorporating the menu alias into the path. However, it still outputs File Not Found when I paste that path into the browser.
So, if the original listed path is: website/pd/download/abcdefg123... It returns File Not Found within the PhocaDownload box.
However, if I alter the path to: website/pd/abcdefg123... It returns a blank box, with just the Powered by PhocaDownload message within it.
If I input path: website/pd then the file is listed there with a working Download button.
I can make a short screen capture video the process if you think that might help?
