photo maps

Hello my name is Gert Bosman,

i am new on this forum and have a question about my photo maps
i have 2 menus with foto maps in them the first menu is opdrachten and the second menu is Fotogalerij
In de opdrachten menu i have a category (gepubliceerd)with foto,s in it.
In the Fotogalerij menu i have 5 category,s (lets call them a,b,c,d,e) also with foto,s in them
But now, when i click on de opdrachten menu i don,t only see gepubliceerd but also a,b,c,d,e
and when i click in the Fotogalerij menu i don,t only see a,b,c,d,e but also gepublceerd.

who can help me out.

Hi, menu link does not set which categories will be displayed or not.

In Phoca Gallery you can set that some links will limit displaying of some categories, etc. - see menu link options but the main access rule is set in component in category edit.

Hi, depends on which option you are using for displaying Phoca Gallery menu link. Some menu links (link to categories view) can limit displaying of categories in the view (so you can set e.g. in link option that some of the categories will be not listed)

- there can be more reasons to display/not display categories: category is not published, is empty, is not authorized, cannot be accessed by public, etc.
