Still a language problem

I have copied the norwegian translation into the language/nb-NO and administrator/language/nb-NO folders as described, but both front- and backend shows in English. I have hade this problem on several sites and still struggle to find a solution.

I notice that the file ..sys.ini is present in the en-GB folder and the .menu.ini is not.. Is that correct? I would very much like some help getting the norwegian files to work as it looks strange with english only on the PD pages..

Any suggestion?

- check if the translation is up-to-date
- check if the translation does not include any error (e.g. missing ")
- check if the translation is the right version (there is one for 1.5 and other for 2.5 - 3.x)
