Download file on first download button?

Hi There,

Is it possible to have all of the downloads in PhocaDownload instigating on the first download button in the list of things to download, rather than this button then taking you to another download page? This is the button that appears on the right hand-side of the preview button

Hi, just ZIP all your files to one ZIP and write into description which files the ZIP includes.

Downloading all listed items in one can be a security issue as - the server needs to e.g. zip all the downloadable listed files and this can slow down server or make it not working

Hi Jan,

Thanks for the speedy response. We're not looking to download all files in one go. We would simply like to download each file using the download button that appears in the list, rather than the download button on the actual download page. We do not want the user to navigate to another page to download.

Can this be done?

Hi, not sure what you exactly mean? If I understand you correctly, you are asking the default feature of Phoca Download - displaying button for each file in file list:

as you can see here, each file has a download button.
