Type MIME for files on another server

Perhaps it's difficult for me to explain correctly.
Can you explain the good way, good settings to register files in PD from an external server for downloading there without security problem like making the url visible with username and password of the external server ?

Hi, only public external files can be downloaded with external link feature. If your files are protected, then there is no feature to download them in Phoca Download.
