Reset download count for user X

Hello,

I set the maximum download count to say 3. Now I want to allow user X to download it a 4th time - how can I manipulate the user's download counter? Is there an option somewhere hdden (or obvious)? I can see the option "reset download count" but that not exactly what I want (although it's better than nothing).

Hmm, then I think, you need to open the phpmyadmin and do this directly in database table
