bxSlider skips images

I installed the component, and the module. I have 4 or 5 images loaded, and it'll only load 2 consistently. It will load the others, as it slides in it stops then flips right to one of the other 2 it consistently shows. It doesn't stay on the image it loaded. I have changed settings and even went to the bxslider website to see if I could find a reason, nothing.

Example
Image 1 slides in and stays for the 2.5 seconds, image 2 slides in stops but disappears and image 3 appears for 2.5 seconds. Image 3 slides in stops and flips to image 1 and stays for 2.5 seconds. It slides all images in, but only stays on 2 of them.

I got exactly the same problem but I using bxslider manually, that makes me think that the problem is with bxslider itself

I believe it is. I switched to 2 other sliders, both work great so I just stopped using the bxSlider.
