Get route form is not shown

Hello,
unfortunately I could not find a solution for my problem, so I have to start a new thread.

I have Joomla 3.2.3 (Multilanguage: German and English language at the site) and Phocamaps (newest COM and Plugin from the phoca-site).

So why does not appear the "Get route" form?

The issue "Display Get Route Form" is enabled "YES". I also tried to switch to NO and to YES back again.
I also tried to start it with the plugin {phocamaps view=map|id=1|printroute=1} using "printroute=1.

But it does not appear anyway!

What do I make wrong?

Hi, check the component options, if the direction is enabled there - to display the route in plugin, this needs to be enabled in component options.

Hi, try to test it with another browser - the data is going from your PC (javascript) to Google Maps server and back (in fact this sould not have anything to do with your server and your Joomla! ) - try to see if there is no javascript conflict which can prevent from the communication between your PC and maps: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -conflicts
