Joomla 3.2.3: No pictures in the phocagallery module

Hi,

I am using phoca products for years on different sites.
I installed the latest versions of phocagallyery component and module at Joomla 3.2.3 which I migrated from a Joomla 1.5 via the SP upgrade component (no errors).The Joomla template is from joomlart (ja_university, no bootstrap, but mootools and jqery).

Error: While the component is working fine, the module does not show any picture regardless of some trying of different backend config options.
Does anybody have recent experience on this error and could assist me?

Hi, did you install the latest version of Image module? In fact there should not be any dependency to migration the module does not include any data, so when it is installed in Joomla! 3, it can be displayed normally - check the permissions of images and categories too

On J3.2.3 i installed phoca gallery image module v4.0.0 and no images are shown. i only see the module title.

I finally found here the answer. Because i migrated from earlier version, the image Categories in the component were not updated to status public.

Maybe you should add this to the SQL migration script. Now it only adds all languages to the J1.5 tables.

Hi, it is written in the guide:
