Java update

Post by smitty »

Hello,
"java . com/en/download/help/java_blocked.xml"
I have updated my Apple to de latest Java version. But when I try to upload photos in the gallery I get the message that the content is blocked because of a scurity issue. On the Java site I read this:
The application that you are running is blocked because the developer has not met with the security guidelines implemented in Java 7 Update51.
It is in your best interest to contact developer or publisher of this application and let them know about the application being blocked. Also provide developers with these links that gives details about implementing secure practices in the code for the application.
Can someone help me to makeit posibble to upload images on my website?

Wit kind regards.

Hi, which version of Phoca Gallery you are using?

I am not the developer of the java applet, but I will try to see the developer's site if there are any news to this

Hi, in your PC:

- you need to change the security settings of Java - go to Control Panel/Options - find the Java settings and set the security settings
- in the same settings you can add exception for your site.

Testing now, working OK for me (after setting the exception for my site)
