No header and css in backend upload-page

Post by ChriTam »

Hi, I got a problem in the backend when I try to upload a new pdf with the New-button. There appears a white page without a header or style, no menue, just text and boxes (unfortunately I dont know, how to post a picture here).

The site was recently updated from Joomla 1.5 to 3.2, Phoca Download 3.0.4, everything worked well - only file upload does not work.

Would be fine if somebody could help me - thx

Hmmm,

then check if there is no limit on the server
try to uninstall the component manually and fully: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... m-manually

But I think, maybe there was some problem while upgrade but what it was, this is really hard to say - but if you will remove the component completely from system (see above), this should help

Hi,
in the meanwhile my provider was moving a copy of the site to a server with PHP54 instead of PHP55 and then it seems to work.
It´s not finally done with the real site, but I am hopefull ;)
I will report to you if it works ...
Thx, Christoph

Hi,
problem solved.
We moved the complete site to a server using PHP54 instead of PHP55.
Works fine now.
Thx, Christoph
