Map not shown on smartphone

Hello,

I'm using the Phoca Maps extension which works great on desktop view but when I visit the site on smartphone the map doesn't show, just the "from address" and "get" button shows.

I'm using joomla 3.3.1, PHP version 5.4.26

Hi, which browser you are using in your phone, are you able to see other google maps there?

When I resize my laptop browser to smaller size (like e.g. size of mobile phone) I don't see the map too, so this seems like there is some limit or restriction in the template (in case of displaying the content for mobile phone) which prevents from displaying the map

I've tested it on Safari and Google Chrome but on both browsers the map don't show.

Hi, as written, I get the same results like you - so it seems there is some limit on your site, not sure if this is done by template or other parts - it seems like when resizing to small window, it hides the map.

I test it on my demo sites:

- testing on mobile phone
- testing on PC with resized browser window, and the map is correctly displayed, so I think, there i no limit in Google Maps API but this can be maybe caused by template limits - try to test it with another template to be sure if this somehow related to template or not

I've done some testing with another template and then the map shows as it should be. So my template is causing the problem.

Hi - did you solve the problem in your template or did you switch to another...? I have a similar problem with a template (Ja-Biz) and don't want to change the template now. In another template (Ja-Nuevo) it works fine.
