Hi, this should be a question on the website developer of the mentioned site.

If they give your some advices, you can set it in KML (if this possible) and load it on your maps with help of KML file.

As standard, the "balloons" are displayed with arrow to bottom.

Thanks for the reply, however this question i think should be here on this website to be one of phoca map features to enhance it as am sure many need the same thing with multiple infoboxs in the same map
