Sequence of upgrading from Joomla 2.x to 3.3.3

What is the best sequence for upgrading from Joomla 2.5.24/Phocagallery 3.2.8 to Joomla 3.3.3/Phocagallery 4.1.1? Phocagallery first and then Joomla or the reverse?

Hi, I think you should migrate the Joomla! first then the Phoca Gallery

See guide for migration from 1.5 to 2.5 - it should be similar to 2.5 and 3:

Ok. I'm not moving to a different server, so wasn't sure if I needed to go through the sql processes, but I will and give it a try.

Hi, if you have migrated from Joomla! 2.5 to 3 then depends on which method you have used, mostly new database is created
