Yes, I translate the language but, I dont can view in spanish. Only view the menu administration.

Not sure what you exactly mean with "translate all, but only view menu in spanish" but for successfully working of the translation, two files nees to be properly translated:

en-GB.com_phocacart.ini --> es-ES.com_phocacart.ini
en-GB.com_phocacart.sys.ini --> es.ES.com_phocacart..sys.ini

Are both files stored in:
langauge/es-ES/
administrator/language/es-ES/

Ok, the main file had a couple of mistakes that I could fix. Now works properly, and I've added the public part and create the installer.
