The same error on my side is
In IE main side is not displayed well, after disconnection pluginu is OK

and this is with the standard template of Joomla, or with your own?

If it is your own, try if the problem still exists with the standard template of Joomla.

I tested, error steps out on every main side in every template in IE

ok, so it's not the template.

I guess it must be some other plugin together with this one enabled who are causing the problems.

On my own site (with IE and with FF) with the plugin, everything works ok.

I found error
after disconnection module the Phoca Gallery Random Image Module all OK why is

maybe this can be a IE bug (the same as if the page cannot be open) ... this can happen if some extensions use the javascript on the site (e.g. modal box) and the javascript is run before the page is loaded ... but I have really no idea... try to update the Phoca Gallery Random Image module to 1.8.1

I updated all and looks on this from it is OK, I do not know where mistake was but it is OK now and let it will stay so
