Hi... i just read all you said above.. and I can't get it

Tried to retype manually the code {phocagallery view=categories}...
Also tried to type {phocagallery view=XXX} where xxx is a category created by me.

Tried to activate the plugin but I cannot find it in the list O.o !!! What ca I do?

Possible reasons why it doesn't work:

- not activated plugin (there are more sites in your plugin list, see the second site)
- not installed plugin (you have installed only component not plugin)

one more thing... what if I want to put in an article only one category... not all of them... ? i mean.. I have different articles and I want to put in each of them different photos, related to the articles.

sorry if I seem stupid... but I have already visited that demo site and couldn't do anything...
What I need is to put different categories in different articles... or even single photos in articles... and in the demo site it show all the categories...

OK I DID IT!... I was a bit confused with the IDs..

Just had to look at the categorie ID and then the ID of the photo I wanted to put in the article....

my problem is that only the code

for example.

{phocogallery view=categories}
{phocogallery view=category}
{phocogallery view=test1}

is displayed in the article

and i could not find the problem ;(

1. i have pictures and thumbnails in my image/phocogallery folder
with read/write permission

2. i have activate the plugin and i can see it

3. i have create a gallery (test) and a category (test1) with 1 picture

4. i have write the code by my own and dont copyed from the page with {}

;( what can i do ?
