Hi, there is:
plugin: PLG_CONTENT_PHOCAMAPS (this is the rigth string, not this: PLG_PHOCAMAPS - such needs to be replaced)
and
component COM_PHOCAMAPS.
Depends if you are using component or plugin.

Hi, for the components, the hr-HR.com_phocamaps.ini is the file where the strings are stored. Just find it on your server and compare it to the english version - missing strings then needs to be added the croation translation, see:

First you need to recognize which application you are using for displaying the map:
When you look at the site where the English is displayed, which appliaction is this?
Component or Plugin?

Ok, and is the plugin language up-to-date.
See the language: hr-HR.plg_content_phocamaps.ini
It should include strings in this format:
PLG_CONTENT_PHOCAMAPS_...
but some obsolete (not working) translations include such format:
PLG_PHOCAMAPS_... which is wrong and needs to be updated.
