first I should say that you did a very nice job with phoca gallery !

I get the same the same modal box problem : opening in fullscreen.
With standard popup it's ok but modal box is more sexy !

I set the sef on with apache rewriting.

Do you have an idea why it's not working (anymore) ?

(i disabled javascript and mootools.. )

Modal box will not work without javascript and mootools...

Ok so I have reactivated the mootools/javascript but
but it is not working.. try without sef, same problem..

If there is working standard javascript window opening, there must be something wrong with the modal class, maybe the path to the modal files... ??

Hi Jan,

Can you please tell me what are the files needed by joomla for the modal box to work,
so i can replace them from the original "Joomla-1.5.0-Stable-FR-1.0.zip" to my instalation.
And if this manipulation is possible!

Phoca Gallery uses the standard modal box files in Joomla! 1.5. I think they are saved here:
media/system/css/modal.css
media/system/js/modal.js

There is something very strange:

When i log in as a register user, the modal box is working well.
but not when i'm not log in...

Yes this is it, I knew it was working !!
I get the same strange issue, it's working when logged.

It seems like if you are logged, some piece of code is not loaded ???
