Phoca gallery search plugin

Hi, the search results only work with internal images.

Thank you Jan. I have moved all my images from google+ to the internal phocagallery folder but the search results still don't display the thumbnails. Where I am doing wrong? Could you please take a look at my site? The site is umbertoprencipe.it. I'm working on j3.2.3 + phocagallery 4.1 + plg_search_phocagallery_v4.0.4 + plg_finder_phocagallery_v4.0.2. Thank you for your wonderful componet an for your support.

does the customization "Displaying Images In Joomla! Search Results" code run under joomla 2.5x with the least plugin version ?
I try it, but images are not displaying in the search reluslt

Hi,

- in Joomla! 3 - I have prepared the component, so the hack for the displaying images in com_search component will be easier to be implemented
- in Joomla! 2.5 - the hack which is used in Joomla! 3 cannot be used - so there is a little bit complicated way to do it - see similar posts in this forum, there are guides for doing it.

I'm still not happy with the search function.
Updated all done, also your fix in the search component, search results looks fin.

but when i click on one of the results, the web template design crash and when continued on the picture and browse, all crash
please have a look on this example:

looks like it has to do with the multibox plugin.

Is there a way on search result, when click on one result to open this on a popup window like on Phoca Gallery?

Hi, search results are not displayed by Phoca Gallery but by search component of Joomla! and this component does not have any popup function ready. When you list the search outcomes, you are not on Phoca Gallery page, so you cannot use the Phoca Gallery features like popups.

So again, unfortunately this needs to be customized but inside the search component

Hi, no and if there will be some, it will have the same feature - search outcome is displayed in search component built in Joomla! so even other search plugins "ends" in search component. To have other behaviour, in fact there needs to be new search plugin and search component - unfortunately I don't know any such component Even if there will be some external search component, I don't expect it will have different features for different components made by different developers
