You will find an example at: dymatrix.de/de/infocenter/downloadbereich/flyer -> Use the Downloadlink at the bottom: "Dyna Social_Übersicht".
At the moment the option "direct link" is set to "no". If it is set to "yes" the download works as expected.

Hi,
ust711
Something (I think some system plugin or similar) is adding javascript code to the PDF, try to disable the plugin which adds javascript analytics to your site to test if it will work (I assume it will work ok, because there is no error in the code)
If this is the plugin problem, then I think, the plugin needs to be changed, so it adds only the code to html sites, not to PDF.

I don't have actived any Kunena-Plugin. Do you know the reason for my problem? See dymatrix.de/de/infocenter/downloadbereich/flyer -> Use the Downloadlink at the bottom: "Dyna Social_Übersicht". At the moment the option "direct link" is set to "no". If it is set to "yes" the download works as expected.

Hi, I see, in that file, the header is correct but seems like the file is cut - try to ask your webhosting operator if there are no limits for downloading files, etc. - do you get the same problem with all pdfs? Try to check it with some small (maybe there can be some size limit)

Hi Jan,
thanks for your answer! I'd already tried it with different file sizes and also by typing the direct URL. All works.
Just when direct link is disabled it doesn't work. There is no file size limit.

Hi, then really no idea what can be wrong, the download mechanism was tested by thousands of users and selected the best method to give information from server to user's browser. Tested many times on my environments. I really for now cannot say what can be wrong there and what is causing this problem
