I have the same problem. The tree is not shown. The output code is:

I have tried the tree module in local (apache + mysql on windows xp), with the same template of my site, and it works.
Could it be a problem of permission on some file?

I think, it should not be problem, because the tree only takes data from database and the javascript (dtree) displays this data ...
I thought, the server doesn't create correct URL to the dtree javascript file, but the dtree javascript is loaded on your page ???
