Re: Image and Links not working in newsletter in jml 3.4.1
Hi Jan,
this weekend i had a reunion and saw a lot of people who are using our website.
A lot of them complain about the links not working as i mentioned before.
So i've been reinstalling and testing sunday with different editors like JCE tinymce and codemirror. That's makes no difference so far.
-When you place the article link in the box were it should be put, then the link is there in the email and you can click it but nothing happens. Browser is not opening. Links in other emails are opening just fine so there nothing wrong with Thunderbird email client.
-With these commands:
{articlelink}
{unsubscribelink}
{name}
In email client (Thunderbird) these links are just plain text and non-clickable.
In the online mail box they are links and work.
Now since more people i spoke have similar problems, i do not believe the cause is Thunderbird or antivirus.
Because not all use the same email client as me.
Any idea? as i can not prove the fault is made by any editor. More receivers experience the same problem with other email clients then Thunderbird.
Thanks for your help.

Hi, and did you check the html source of the description, are all the links wrong or some of them?
