Problem with setting Category Upload Rights

Hi, which version of the component and which version of Joomla! you are running now? Can you paste some screenshot of where exactly you upload and which error message do you get there?

Hi, I think, this could be the problem with Joomla! changes regarding uploads which was solved in version 3.1.2

Try to update to 3.1.2 and let me know. This should be OK now.

you should also update to Joomla 3.6.4, as you missed some important security releases since J 3.5.1
