After upgrade plugin+component (both to 2.5.7) I got this error on my website:
Code: Select all
Fatal error: Class 'PhocaGalleryLibrary' not found in /www/htdocs/warms/plugins/content/phocagallery.php on line 60
Uninstalling+reinstalling the plugin+component didn't solved the problem
Then I tried plugin 2.5.4 but the same problem occurs.
At this moment phocagallery is down on my site
please help

Hey rvanwaay,
we can talk in english too. I have the same problem as you. I have install the new Version of the Gallery, then the Button plugin and then i make the update of the Gallery plugin. If i disable the Gallery Plugin Joomla work without an Error.
Is this the same way you "shut down" the phocagallery in the Frontend??
Does the Gallery work in the Backend of your site?
Im also very sad about the problem, because I have a lot of pictures on my site. I hope Jan can help us to solve the problem.

Hi, no idea what can be wrong as the library should be loaded:
phocagalleryimport('phocagallery.library.library'); ?? in the plugin?

Hello Petel0569... here it's only a frontend problem.
I copied the website to my test-webserver and the problem was gone !@#$$%
But what is the problem on the production-webserver?
production server with error
test-server good working
Jan... do you see important server differences or is it a problem with rights on files? Uploading from the backend is using user www-data while ftp-uploads uses user warmer.

Just did a manual removing of the plugin and component with ftp and re-installed it from the Joomla-backend. No success
I am 99% sure that this is an apache-config problem because the backup works fine on my up-to-date test-webserver.
Since I don't administrate our production-webser and
Jan can't help me out at this moment... I will looking for an other photo manager.

Hi, the problem is, I am not expert on server settings. I use standard server settings. On your settings I see the main functions are here so no idea where can be the problem
