also my template distributor is working to fix this issue...!

Some issues are already currently fixed from there side, but some aren't...!
How can I provide you the login information to my demo side..., per Mail to have a look?
How / where can I set that the field names (e.g. Name*, Content*..) will be on the left side and not on the right side as it's actually the case?

Hi, what you mean with that "name" and "content" are on the right side? They are as default set in the left side. 
EDIT: now I see it in screenshot. This is done by the template, do you use some specific RTL template? If yes, you should switch to LTR (in option, or the whole template).
But all this should be set in template, not in the component, component does not stylize parts which are stylized by the template (so the output is not different to other site parts and the site is unique)
