If you want to paste the url to article, just copy it and paste it there as static link.

But I did almost all right, but the file to download is accessible only to registered users why?

I don't see any download file on that page?
Check the access for menu link, categories and the files. As default, files can be downloaded for public in Phoca Download:
https://www.phoca.cz/download

I checked everything:
category, files, menus and are all public. What else can it be?

Hi, I get 404 on the page.
As default, all items are public and can be download be public. So really hard to say if there is somewhere the protection
If you really have everything set to public, then really no idea what can be wrong there
If you send me login I can take a look there (not sure if I find something there, but I can take a look)
