Ok, see PM, seems like there is some javascript conflict which is caused by:
components/com_jce/editor/libraries/js/editor.min.js

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of null
at Object.getContent

Try to switch to standard tinymce editor and let me know if it is workig OK with standard editor.

Yes switching to tinymce allows me to save vendor.
