Hi Jan, thanks for your reply.
I am using component and plugin. Language file for component is up to date. Trying to install the language files for the plugin causes error message: "ERROR Unable to find install package". Error occurs at both ...admin.zip / ...site.zip and entire package (de-DE.plg_content_phocamaps_17.zip).
