So it means, that the user have access rights to all files or categories. So if you set some other access rights for categories which users shold not access, he/she will just have no access to them. It only depends on access rights.

Hi, you can use groups, you don't need to define each user. Just use groups and move all the users after payment to the group which will have access to the category.
